Rick Santorum is accusing Obama of being soft on porn. He calls porn a "pandemic." As the porn industry points out, Santorum has no evidence as to the detrimental effects of porn. He makes claims to that porn increases violence against women (without evidence; there may be some, I don't know, but he should be able to point to some), yet banning contraceptives will apparently help women. You know you have an issue when the porn industry is making better arguments than a potential president. Santorum is, however, right about one thing: Obama is softer on porn than Bush was. But maybe Santorum hasn't noticed, but Obama has a few bigger issues to be dealing with right now.
